Safety Concerns
Over-heating Risk: The heating mechanism in the battery pack is designed to operate within a specific temperature range. If the heating element malfunctions or the temperature control system fails, the battery can over-heat. Over-heating can lead to a phenomenon known as thermal runaway. In a lithium-ion battery, this can cause a chain reaction where the battery's internal components start to decompose, release heat at an increasing rate, and potentially lead to a fire or explosion. Battery Swelling and Leakage
